my daily workout

Hello,
i writing this so you guys can understand me and would help me to improve myself. :)
So start with the basic. (Sorry no picture)

Age: 20
height: 171 cm
Weight : 60 Kg on the 20/3/2011
Short term goal : 75kg
Long term goal : Not sure yet
I want to gain weight first and then tone up

This is the end of the 4th week that i been gyming.
so basically i was 57.5kg when i started. so i gain around 1kg a week.
but this week i didn't gain or lose any kg. :(

Well it been 4 week i can see a bit of improvement everywhere. However it seen that my belly has gotten bigger, which i don't want.
 
Workout
Saturday - Triceps/Chest
Sunday - Legs
Monday - Biceps /Back
Tuesday - Shoulder
Wednesday -  Triceps/Chest or Rest
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Rest

Do some abs workout when i feel like it lol.
Every week i change it so Saturday i do bicep/back and Wednesday i do biceps/back. And the next week i do triceps/chest and Wednesday triceps/chest.

Start with warm up set light weight
3 - 4 set heavy weight

Eatting
7:20 am- 2 boil egg  and drink bit of my weight gainer supplement
I really cant eat anything in the morning
7:40 ish i go gym till 8:30
got school after
10:30 small meal
finish off weight gainer supplement
12:00 normal meal
3pm ish normal meal
drink another bottle of weight gainer supplement
5:30pm normal meal
8 ish normal meal
Sleep around 9:30pm to 10:30pm



My meal is rice with meat or chicken with some green stuff.


Questions
Anything i can improve in or change that would make me gain more weight faster?

Anything about lose your belly and gaining weight at the same time?
